Michael Lynn Rogers, 57, Browning, died Tuesday June 21, 2011 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday June 25, 2011 at Rhodes Funeral Home with Reverend Fred Seba officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm Saturday June 25, 2011 with family receiving friends from 1:00 pm to time of service. Memorials have been suggested to Hedrick Medical Center Hospice and may be left at or mailed to the funeral home, 216 Linn Street, Brookfield, Missouri 64628. Michael Lynn was born on September 3, 1953 at Rantoul, Illinois, son of Curtis L. and Rosalee Hall Rogers . He was married to Deborah Ann Tipton. He was a 1972 graduate of Brookfield High School. He is survived by his mother Rosalee York, Brookfield. His father Curtis L Rogers and wife Vivian, Corsegold, California. Wife Deborah, Browning. Sisters; Sue Rogers, Browning; Teresa and husband Cris Moorshead, Kansas City; Lisa and husband Paul Werning, Higginsville; brother Chuck and wife Cheri York, Brookfield; nieces Heather and Abby York, Brookfield; nephew Andrew and wife Stephanie Werning, Independence; daughter Kathy and husband Eric Purvis, state of Iowa; grandchildren Tessie and Isaac Purvis, state of Iowa. Michael Lynn is preceded in death by his father Charles F. York Sr. Grandparents, Ruth and Forrest Russell and Bertha and Henry York. One brother, Forrest Henry York.
