Sharon Kay Lambert

Sharon Kay (Pamperl) Lambert, age 80, of Brookfield, MO; passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at McLarney Manor in Brookfield, surrounded by her loved ones. Sharon was born in Bucklin, MO; to Roy and Dorothy (Riedl) Pamperl, on March 28, 1943. She married Roy Lee Lambert on February 28, 1964, in Brookfield. Roy Lee preceded her in death on December 12, 2014. Sharon worked at Joe’s Radio and TV in Brookfield for 29 years until she retired in 2008. Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and going out to eat with them on Friday nights. Sharon and Roy loved to go square dancing; they were members of the Tangle Foot Squares. She enjoyed playing cards, watching the Royals and Mizzou boys’ basketball play, and baking. Sharon loved and was loved by the staff at McLarney Manor. Sharon leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that no one could match. Sharon is survived by her two children, Jeff Lambert and wife Debbie of Chula, MO; and Rhonda Brandeberry and husband Fred of Macon, MO; five grandchildren, Jordan and Taylor; Jay and Courtney; Cole and Taylor; Taylor and Dean; and Brooklyn Humphrey and husband Julius; five great grandchildren, Lucus, Mara, Kendrick, Roman, and soon to be Xavier; brother, Raymond Pamperl and wife Cynthia; niece, Debbie Mauzey and husband Richard, and their children, Matt and Adam; several nieces, nephews, and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roy Lee Lambert; two brothers, Mike Pamperl and Clifford Pamperl; one sister, Juanita. Funeral Service will be held at Rhodes Funeral Home, Brookfield, MO; on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 2:00 pm. with Pastor Charles Littrell officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Brookfield, MO. Visitation will be held at Rhodes Funeral Home, Brookfield, MO; on Friday, January 5, 2024, with family receiving friends from 1:00 pm. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm.
