Willie Dean Cash, 60, Brookfield, passed away on Saturday September 03, 2011 at the Cancer Treatment Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday September 9, 2011 at Freedom Baptist Church, Brookfield with Pastor Ron Adrian officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am Thursday September 8, 2011 at Rhodes Funeral Home, Brookfield with family receiving friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Masonic services will be held at 5:30 pm with Eastern Star services to follow Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Marceline. In lieu of flowers memorials have been suggested to the Peska Cancer Fund, the Ararat Shrine, or Freedom Baptist Church and may be left at or mailed to the funeral home, 216 Linn Street, Brookfield, Missouri 64628. Willie Dean, son of Willie Elmer and Myrle Mae York Cash was born on February 7, 1951 in Marceline. On June 19, 1971 he married Leanna Marie Miller at Brookfield. He was a retired crew leader for MODOT, was a member of Freedom Baptist Church, Masonic Lodge # 86, Ararat Tir-County Shriners, Florence Chapter # 124. OES and Senate Bill 40. He enjoyed using the computer, playing with his grandchildren, hunting and fishing, watching football and playing with his puppies. He is survived by his wife Leanna of the home; two sons, Anthony Cash and special friend Angela, Brookfield; Christopher and wife Nicole Cash, Springfield; daughter, Heidi and husband Jason Beeler, rural Brookfield; Three brothers, Max and wife Sharon Cash, Brookfield; Richard and wife Anne Cash, Laclede; Roger and wife Nannette Cash, Bucklin; two sisters, Beverly Cash, and Bertha and husband Doug Jackson, Marceline; one aunt, Doris Houston, Savanah, Illinois; uncles, George and Wilma York, Brookfield; Roy and Laddie York, Arizona; three sisters-in-law, Elaine Cash, Brookfield; Amy and Mark Botts, Meadville; Melisa and Kevin Moser, state of Iowa; one brother-in-law, Karl Hauser, Brookfield; five grandchildren, Samantha Cash, Chelsey Cash, Cheyenne Cash, Jonathan and Jacob Beeler and Kloi Austen, Brookfield; one great-grandchild, Audrina Cash, Brookfield; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Willie is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Elmer and Myrle Cash; brother, Meredith Cash; mother and father-in-law, Myrtle Hauser and Carl W. Miller; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
